Registration Overview

Before viewing the illustrated instructions, please review the three basic iPayStatements registration steps described below. You may want to print this page as a reference for the actual registration process.

  1. Obtain the hard copy of your latest Pay Statement (check stub). The next slide will show you the location of the data that you will need from the statement. You will need to have the following:
    • Your Social Security Number.
    • The NOWCC SEE Program Company Code.
    • Your File Number
    • The Pay Date of the check.
    • The Voucher/Check#.
  2. Access ADP's iPayStaments Web site. Bypass the normal login procedures, and register as a first time visitor using the information from your Pay Statement.
  3. Enter your personal information and choose a password of your own choosing.

Upon completion of the three basic steps you will have access to the secure iPayStatements Web site and will be able to view:

  • Your current and prior Pay Statements.
  • Your W-2 statements.
  • A W-4 Form that can be completed, printed, signed and sent to NOWCC Headquaters Payroll Department.
